Every event should be remembered. We are happy to capture it on video. You want an image film, highlights of the event, or an interview? No problem, just ask us.

Food and drink can be presented in a variety of ways. We adapt everything to your wishes, from menu to wine accompaniment, from round banquet tables to long tables and exclusive lounge zones.

Would you prefer a served menu or an impressive buffet? We will arrange it for you.

Coordination and logistics

You want to accommodate your guests in a hotel, organize guided tours in the city, need transfers from the airport or anything else?  We will gladly take care of that for you.

Maybe you would like to have certain pictures, your grandmother’s white piano or another special feature at your event? We will handle all the logistics for you.

Security and permits

When many people come together, the issue of security plays a major role. With us, you and your guests are safe. We make sure of it.

Are you planning fireworks, do you want to land a helicopter near the location or are you planning other activities that require a permit? You have our support.

Decoration and floristry

Whether fancy flower arrangements, individual backdrops, structures or extravagant design, from invitation to thank you cards and personalized gifts for your guests – our decoration team leaves none of your wishes unfulfilled.

What is included in the rental?

The daily rate includes the use of the ground floor and first floor, the garden, the courtyard, all utilities, the car attendant, final cleaning, use of the kitchen including kitchen utensils.

Can I expect discretion?

You and your guests are completely among yourselves at the event. Our staff has been in the event business for decades and understands the importance of not divulging details about events or people. 

Can you recommend accommodation nearby?

Naturally, we can organize everything relating to your event.

Is the event insured?

Should anything be damaged, we are adequately insured. Let us talk to you personally about your concerns. We are sure we will put your mind at ease.

I don't have time, how does the organization work?

We can take care of everything for you – from concept to implementation – even from the invitation to the thank you card. You don’t have to worry about anything and can simply be the host and/or hostess.

Can you also realize a specific theme?

Do you have your own idea or concept? Great, we will be happy to realize it for you. If you need inspiration, we will be glad to make creative suggestions.

Can I also get involved myself?

We would be happy to include you in the event. Let’s talk about it in person. We love individual solutions. 

What does an event cost?

We do not organize standard, but highly personalized events and will gladly provide you with your personal quotation. Naturally, we do out utmost to be cost-conscious and transparent on your behalf.
