– We will have a conversation with you, listen to your wishes, make some initial suggestions and if you give us a budget, we will exceed your expectations. We look forward to a first meeting with you on site at Villa Boiserée.

– We create a schedule for the entire event and handle the organization from A to Z! From where the service providers arrive, how the catering is run, where the photo box is located, when the staff start working through the entire schedule to production – we do not miss a single detail.
– A successful is well worth remembering. We present the photos taken and the event video to you and send thank-you notes to your guests if required.

The daily rate includes the use of the ground floor and first floor, the garden, the courtyard, all utilities, the car attendant, final cleaning, use of the kitchen including kitchen utensils.

You and your guests are completely among yourselves at the event. Our staff has been in the event business for decades and understands the importance of not divulging details about events or people.
Can you recommend accommodation nearby?
Naturally, we can organize everything relating to your event.
Is the event insured?
Should anything be damaged, we are adequately insured. Let us talk to you personally about your concerns. We are sure we will put your mind at ease.
I don't have time, how does the organization work?
We can take care of everything for you – from concept to implementation – even from the invitation to the thank you card. You don’t have to worry about anything and can simply be the host and/or hostess.
Can you also realize a specific theme?
Do you have your own idea or concept? Great, we will be happy to realize it for you. If you need inspiration, we will be glad to make creative suggestions.
